    Hatha Yoga, meaning “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), is a balanced practice combining breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement. Poses are held for several breaths before flowing into the next, with variations offered in a welcoming, non-competitive environment to build strength, balance, and flexibility. NOTE: Do not start yoga if you are pregnant. BRING: Yoga mat and water. NO CLASS: 3/10
