(Ages 6-11) Come discover the amazing science of Archaeology as you uncover ancient artifacts. In doing this, learn about ancient Egyptian life. We’ll excavate with tools like real archaeologists use and find the following artifacts: a scarab (…what’s that?), hieroglyphic tablet, ankh symbol, and a jackal. You will learn about this and even take home a booklet. The artifacts are yours to keep. Experiment with fruit mummification. Build a marshmallow pyramid. Write your name in hieroglyphics. Let’s go back in time with hands-on archaeological experience!
