Scottish Highland Drumming

Learn the fundamentals of Scottish Highland drumming, including snare, tenor, and bass techniques. No experience necessary. Students begin on drum pads while developing rhythm and control in a small-group setting led by members of the City of Rockford Pipe Band. Once proficient, students are invited to stay for full band practice. MATERIALS: required materials and additional instrument or music fees will be provided in class.
