Melt away tension and stress with this relaxing and enchanting foot ritual. You will learn how to offer each step of a sacred foot ceremony from start to end. This will begin with a seated opening with a grounding shoulder ritual, warm foot soak laced with minerals, salts, and herbal tea concoction, and essential oils. Mythical folklore of oils and herbs will be discussed. Next sugar scrub, and detailed massage techniques help to relieve pain and dispel negative energy that is collected at the feet. Supplies: 1 set of sheets, 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 large (non-glass) bowl for foot soak, massage oil AND lotion. Optional: blanket, essential oils, heated neck wrap.
