The curriculum provides the therapist with basic knowledge about pregnant clients. Class also provides prenatal, labor massage techniques for the pregnant year which consists of preconception, pregnancy, infertility, postnatal, and infant techniques if time allows. Students will also understand the anatomy/physiology effect by pregnancy, benefits, and contraindications. Live demonstration if followed by therapist trade and hands-on work on expectant mothers! BRING: 2 fitted sheets, 4 flat sheets, 4-5 pillows with pillow cases, medium sized towel, and unscented oil. PROVIDED: Massage tables and water. 16 CE Hours for Massage Therapists.
