Marma Indian Head Massage is a deeply relaxing technique that focuses on the face, head, neck, shoulders, upper back, and upper arms. This style of massage has a calming, balancing effect on the nervous system, helping to release stress and tension while promoting a profound sense of peace and well-being. Because it is performed fully clothed in a seated position, this massage can be offered almost anywhere, making it a convenient and accessible treatment. Bonus Training: In addition to learning Marma Indian Head Massage, students will also be taught Hair Oiling, a stand-alone treatment that complements and enhances the benefits of this practice.
This modality incorporates working with the Marmas (energy points) of the scalp, face, neck, and shoulders to open energy channels, balance chakras, and relieve tension and stress
