SERVSAFE FOOD SAFETY MANAGER - PROCTORED EXAM ONLY If you have already completed an approved online Food Safety Manager Certification training but still need to take the proctored certification exam, you may register for this on-campus exam session. No instruction is provided during this session-it is for the exam only. A passing grade is 70% or higher. The certification is valid for 5 years, after which re-certification is required.
TIME: 2:00-5:00 PM REQUIRED: Documentation verifying completion of the online Food Safety Manager course. BRING: Valid photo ID and proof of online course completion.
