Have you ever wanted to design professional-looking cakes, cupcakes, and other sweet treats for everyday celebrations or special occasions? In this class, you’ll learn essential baking tips and decorating techniques to create simple yet elegant borders, flowers, and designs in just a few short weeks. Bring your own baked goods to class and practice decorating them on-site. You’ll also learn how to make decorating icing, properly layer (torte), fill, and ice a cake, and gain an overview of common decorating tools and their uses. FIRST CLASS: A supply list will be given at the first class. Cost of supplies varies (starting around $75). NO CLASS: 3/11
