Have you ever wanted to make professional looking cakes, cupcakes, and other treats for everyday and special occasions? Have you ever seen what you’d like to make on TV or social media but just can’t duplicate it? Discover many baking hints and how to decorate simple yet elegant looking borders, decorations, and flowers in just a few short weeks. You will be bringing in baked goods from home and decorating them in class. You’ll be wowing your friends and family in no time! FIRST CLASS: How to make decorating icing, tips on baking cakes, how to layer (torte), fill, and ice a cake, as well as going over the supplies needed and their many uses. SUPPLIES: A supply list will be given at the first class; (items such as icing bags, tips, couplers, etc.). Cost of supplies varies (starting around $75). NO CLASS: 3/12
