In this one-day class, we will be making a beautiful Holiday/Winter themed 9-12 count cupcake bouqet centerpiece with piped icing decorations. You’ll be making pine trees, holly leaves, berries, poinsettias, pinecones, allium, dahlia, Santa Claus, and perhaps even a small rose. The framework to complete your cupcake bouqet is included in the cost. SUPPLIES: A detailed list will be emailed (includes Decorating Basics items, cupcakes, icing, and additional tips). PRE-REQUISITE: Decorating Basics or other cake decoratin experience is required.
