Learn piped buttercream techniques and discover how to assemble the simple framework. The framework for your bouquet is included, and you’ll leave with the skills to create your own patriotic centerpieces at home. SUPPLIES: A detailed list will be emailed (includes Decorating Basics items, cupcakes, icing, and additional tips). PRE-REQUISITE: Basic cake decorating experience required.
