DEFENSIVE DRIVING 102 This is an eight-hour defensive driving class often used by the courts in conjunction with court supervision to help repeat traffic offenders or those with more severe moving violations to keep their driver’s license. Before registering, please contact Traffic Safety at (815) 921-3940 to make sure this class is right for you. If you were told by the court in Winnebago, Boone, Ogle, Stephenson, Carroll, Jo Daviess or Lee County that you need to take an eight-hour defensive driving class, you will be signed up through the courts. Signing up for this class section will not get you into class any quicker, if you’re court-referred.
