Building on that foundation, this course dives into real-world scenarios - journaling, planning, self-organization, creative thinking, and everyday decision-making - using ChatGPT and other easy-to-use AI tools. Designed to build practical confidence rather than technical overwhelm, this course helps students unlock the full value of AI as a daily digital assistant for both personal and professional life. Each session features hands-on practice, guided exercises, and real-life application so students walk away with skills they can use immediately. This is a Level 2 course in the AI learning pathway.
