Flow Arts blends dance, spinning, and meditation. Each class begins with stretching and warm-ups, followed by instruction on a new prop such as fan veils, poi, staff, veils, swords, or dragon poi. Participants learn techniques and combos, then flow freely to music. Some use the class for meditation through movement, while others express creative dance energy. Provides a foundation for fire spinning using LED equipment. No experience required; suitable for all ages and fitness levels. NO CLASS: 11/25
