Build on the foundational skills learned in Blacksmithing 101 as you advance your technique and confidence at the forge. This hands-on course focuses on refining hammer control, improving precision, and introducing more complex projects. Students will continue working with heated steel using a coal forge, anvil, and traditional tools while creating more detailed and functional pieces. PREREQUISITE: Traditional Blacksmith 101 BRING: REQUIRED SAFETY EQUIPMENT (to be discussed at first class): Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Appropriate clothing & footwear, Leather gloves. FIRST SESSION LOCATION: Midway Village Museum 11:00-12:00
