Reiki is a holistic way to bring your mind/body/spirit into balance. Reiki energy allows you to embody a new way of living and being. It promotes relaxation, healing, and healthy living. We are all born with the ability to use Reiki energy. During this class you will learn the history of Usui Reiki, the hand positions, as well as learning how to ground and center yourself. We will practice feeling energy and giving a Reiki session. At the end of the class, you will receive an attunement and a certificate.
