Meditation is the practice of turning inward, away from the outside world, to discover stillness within. This ancient practice offers many physical, mental, and emotional benefits, while guiding us toward spiritual awareness and connection with the soul. Over four sessions, you will explore the benefits of meditation, develop technique, practice sitting in stillness, and learn to quiet the mind. Attendance at all sessions is recommended for the full experience.
