Experience deep relaxation through the ancient practice of sound healing and vibrational energy. This immersive session features singing bowls, gongs, Native American flute, and other instruments designed to calm the mind and support the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Participants will enjoy a guided sound bath followed by a Q&A and time for reflection and sharing. All comfort items are provided, including a zero-gravity recline chair, blanket, eye mask, and water.
