(Ages 18 - Adult) Neo-Shamanic Breathwork (NSB) is an experiential practice that uses deep breathing, evocative music, and a supportive environment to expand awareness for self-exploration and healing. Drawing from Holotropic Breathwork traditions and Jungian psychology, this powerful technique supports personal and spiritual growth. Participants may connect with inner wisdom, release emotional or physical blockages, deepen relaxation and meditation, and experience profound healing or spiritual insight.
